The receptionist carmen was very helpful. She gave great restaurant recommendations. the location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. i especially appreciated the restoration of this tranquil hotel. It's beautiful.

broken elevatorfaulty air conditioning
the elevator was broken upon arrival, a HUGE inconvenience with luggage. the air conditioning did not work for the first few days. the room keys had to be reactivated multiple times . alarm sounds and lights turning on at night made it hard to sleep. it was a frustrating stay.

the location was ideal. rooms were clean and the hotel courtyard IS excellent. the staff provided helpful service.
the room was small there was no room for luggage and lotion was used. a sheet had a stain and smelled bad i asked for help. the wifi kept disconnecting.
